Personalized yoga instruction is a core part of our work. The individual setting enables the teacher to better comprehend the needs of a student. It offers more flexibility for using the various tools of yoga to help a person re-establish balance in their own system. The tradition of yoga we are trained in offers a myriad of modalities which support healing and help alleviate symptoms. Private classes are a desirable option if you are seriously looking to create sustainable changes towards a healthier lifestyle.

Private sessions can help to: 

* Revitalize your personal practice and refine your level of understanding of the use of yoga beyond what is possible in a group setting. We can offer modifications, variations, and support to adapt your personal practice to your current situation in order to make the practice more relevant and beneficial.


* Complement the care you receive from your medical provider with regard to such health issues as stress reduction, hypertension, scoliosis, back and neck pain, sciatica, fibromyalgia, gastro-intestinal conditions, type II diabetes, arthritis, asthma, COPD, insomnia, osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, cancer, heart disease, depression, anxiety, etc. We can work in conjunction with your health care provider when necessary.
