This class will be geared towards beginners or near beginners in yoga. Its intention is to foster an understanding of the benefits of a mindful form of yoga practice. These benefits go beyond the physical realm and can only be appreciated through direct experience. By attending this class with other beginners, you can decide if our approach resonates with your own needs and aspirations. You can be assured that there will be no pressure to commit further as we firmly believe that each person is their own best teacher and knows what is most appropriate for them.
