Saturday morning Introductory Yoga

5 week series starting April 5th
This 5 week Series is designed for beginners or near-beginners in yoga. Participants will be introduced to the fundamental aspects of yoga practice. The only pre-requisite for this class is that you be able to get on the floor and get back up again. Everything else will be taught to you in a precise way, with proper modifications brought to each posture as needed. Our teaching methodology promotes the harmonization of body, breath and mind, which leads to a feeling of wellness and stability.
