Private classes are a desirable option if you are seriously looking to create sustainable changes towards a healthier lifestyle.
Private sessions can help to:
- Create, continue developing or revitalize a personal practice. and refine your level of understanding of the use of yoga beyond what is possible in a group setting. We can offer modifications, variations, and support that go far beyond what we can provide in a group class setting and help make your personal practice much more relevant and beneficial to your current situation and circumstances.
- Complement the care you receive from your medical provider with regard to such health issues as stress reduction, hypertension, scoliosis, back and neck pain, sciatica, fibromyalgia, gastro-intestinal conditions, type II diabetes, arthritis, asthma, COPD, insomnia, osteoporosis, Parkinson’s disease, cancer, heart disease, depression, anxiety, etc. We can work in conjunction with your health care provider when necessary.
- Support and enhance your experience of pregnancy. We do not believe pregnant women should take part in a regular group class, and at this time we are not offering group classes for pregnant women.
