7 week Mindfulness Meditation Program


Our program is uniquely based on  MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) which is a  medically respected program that was developed at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center by Jon Kabat-Zinn in 1979 complemented by the ancient understanding of yoga as meditation. MBSR is used to support therapeutic interventions for anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. Schools, businesses, sports programs, and even the armed services have availed themselves of serious MBSR programs to reduce stress and support meeting goals and potentials.

7 week Program: Wednesdays 5:45 to 7:45 PM, Jan. 22nd - March 12th, except for Wednesday, February 19th. Also included is a silent retreat on Saturday, March 8th, from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM.
