All our classes are taught with the use of masks (for both teacher and participants), an air purifier in the room, and discreet breathing techniques. Classes are strictly limited to 6 participants so that everyone is AT LEAST 6 feet apart. Pre-registration is REQUIRED through an e-mail to NO drop-ins allowed.  Below our class schedule is a description of the full protocol you will be asked to ADHERE to if you chose to learn to practice yoga under our guidance.

Our continuing classes are 4 week long with a tuition of $60.

The Saturday class, which is open to beginners as well as people who have some experience with yoga, is 5 week long with a tuition of $72.

Class Protocol

. You must NOT attend if you feel sick for any reason.

. We will ask you each time if you have been sick, traveled, been exposed to anyone who has been ill. This information will be recorded in logs.

. You will leave all personal belongings such as purses, wallets in your car. 

. You must wear a mask and sanitize your hands before you enter the school.

. You must bring your own mat, towel for head and cushions, straps or blocks. 

. You will leave your shoes in the entry way. You can wear socks to practice in.

. You must respect social distancing upon entering and leaving, according to the markers on the floor.

. We will have appropriate ventilation- windows open, fans, air purifier.

.We will clean the mats, studio and bathroom after each class.
